Kent Roofing Supplies Ltd Terms of Business
  1. All products must be paid in full before items are dispatched.
  2. Please do not organise labour until materials are onsite as we will not be held responsible for any delays out of our control.
  3. We do not give timed deliveries and where possible a morning or afternoon delivery may be advised (any delays we will not be responsible).
  4. You must have someone available to check and receive the delivery, if no one is on site and the goods are returned you will need to pay for a new delivery prior to this being re-scheduled.
  5. Many products will be non-returnable due to the packs being split or being site soiled. You need to check with every product if returns would be accepted. Please also note that there will also be a minimum 25% re-stocking charge for anything accepted plus the Manufactures/Suppliers charges and any carriage charges.
  6. In certain circumstances we may be unable to accept your Order. When this is the case, we will inform you and we will refund you in full for any Goods which have not been provided. Circumstances in which we may be unable to accept your Order include, among other things: if the Goods you have ordered are out of stock; if there is an unexpected limit on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for; if a credit reference does not meet our minimum requirements; if we identify an error in the price or description of the Goods; or if we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
  7. Please note that tile manufacturers in this industry advise to allow at least 5% wastage for breakages which can occur during transportation and handling. This allowance of breakages is passed on and will not be refunded nor will free of charge replacements made. Please ensure you have made the relevant allowances in your calculations to allow for this.
